I'm shopping for a vehicle. Went to Boone Kyle the car guy. He was a very very nice. No pressure salesman. They didn't have exactly what I wanted. I would definitely go back there and deal with him. Kyle, the car guy. We were looking for a truck. Then we switched modes and looking for something for the wife. Why go to look for a truck? I'm definitely going back to Boone. They were awesome to work with no pressure told you how it was. That was it. Love the experience there.

Kyle has been incredible to work with over the past couple of weeks while we dealt with issues with my Jeep. He handled all of the back-and-forth and never once hesitated to step in and help. He treated the situation as if it were his own vehicle and genuinely worked to make sure everything was handled the right way. It’s rare to find someone who is this responsive, thorough, and committed to helping their customers. We are extremely grateful for his time and effort. Obviously, we’re hoping for no more issues that require us to return, but in the event, we’ll definitely be going back to work with Kyle.

Kyle was excellent to work with. He understood that I had a payment I needed to keep and he kept it there, other places haven’t done that. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressure me into anything. I appreciate him and the team at Pat’s for working to get me the best deal and payment that worked for me!!! Thanks for the 5 star service!!!

So I'm about a week late on this review, but last Thursday I came in around 11 because I had just found out my car that I had basically just started a loan on was completely unusable (not their fault, this is not what the review is about). So I had a previous loan, needed a good reliable car, annnnd needed to keep the prices low. John is who was helping me in store, but he also had a lot of help from Ashton at Capitol City Motor company as well. I was told he had a good understanding of how these things worked and could help us get the best deal. I won't pretend to understand how it all works, but I knew it'd be difficult to do, but we managed to get it all done by 8p.m. and I walked out with my new car! They were all great to work with and I will continue getting my cars with them moving forward! Thank you John and Ashton for spending your whole day on helping me, it might seem like just a day on the job for you, but you helped keep my families delicate eco system moving smoothly, so thank you!! (Almost forgot! C.C. also interacted with us a lot and she was very kind and fun! I don't think she helped us with the whole process, but I believe she'd be a joy to work with too!)

CeCe Is an amazing sales person. She took the time to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect. From start to finish of the whole process, she absolutely amazed me. Her manager, John, Was a stand-up guy as well. He was great with his communication and his personality was very nice as well. I highly recommend checking out Pat Clemons for your next car purchase.

Had my 2025 Ram 1500 towed in for no start. Service Dept. gave excellent service, not only had it repaired in one day under warranty but provided a loaner vehicle. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you Pat Clemons Service Dept.

I made the drive to Boone from Des Moines on Saturday so sure I wasn’t going to be buying a car that I filled my gas tank and didn’t bother cleaning out my car. Tyler greeted me when I walked in, ready for my appointment and was pleasant and made easy conversation while he gathered some information from me. Once I returned from the test drive, I was introduced to the finance manager who let me know what they were offering for my trade, which was leaps and bounds above what I was expecting. From start to finish I was blown away by the low pressure atmosphere and comfortable nature of the entire afternoon. It was more than worth my drive and I have nothing but good things to say about Pat Clemons Inc.

Very good sales people. They work with the clients needs and find them somthing that ja within their price range and what they are looking for. They are respectful and reliable. You won’t go wrong finding a vehicle with one of their salesmen. I worked with Kyle. He’s very knowledgeable and down to earth.

Kyle was friendly, helpful to answer our questions & presented additional services, but didn’t pressure us. A totally enjoyable time selecting a new truck
